Our Coronado community is really beginning to grow! It is with pleasure that we welcome the owners of two new homes within the community (Houses 1.1 and 7.5), delivered earlier this month. We are also happy to announce that three additional Coronado homes are next on the list to be delivered: Houses 3.2, 6.2 and 6.5.

We started construction on House 5.7 this month, and after the delivery of the two homes mentioned above, there are now 12 homes are currently under construction (Houses 2.1, 2.5, 3.2, 4.6, 5.4, 5.5, 5.7, 6.2, 6.5, 7.3, 7.4 and 7.6). Three more homes will soon be added to the list as well: Houses 7.2, 5.8 and 5.9.

The urbanization projects (roads, and slope conformation, gardens, planters and retaining walls) have now advanced to a level of completion of 87%. General infrastructure projects (such as the communications and electricity) is about 23% complete.
