We are pleased to inform that since our last update, two homes and a condo were delivered to new members of the Quivira community! At the end of October, houses 75 and 84 were delivered, and this month, condo 4603 was delivered. The community saw other progress as well.

During the month, construction began on House 18, and work continued on Houses: 27, 55, 65, 70, 77 and 85. Houses 44, 50, 51 and 79 are next in line to be delivered, and we will begin the construction on the following residences soon: 39 and 82.

Construction continues for the delivery of the condominiums: 1102 and 1203. We are happy to announce that Tower 4 is 99% complete. Work continues on the final units, which include: 4101, 4102, 4104, 4106, 4503, 4601, 4605 and 4606. As for Tower 5, we are working on the interiors, the bathrooms, the exterior painting and the rooftop. In Tower 6, masonry work is being carried out on the fourth level. Work on the infrastructure and urbanization around buildings 4, 5 and 6 is progressing.
