In February, the Copala Residences welcomed new owners with the delivery of House 85. We are also looking forward to two more deliveries, with Houses 50 and 65 up next on the schedule!

Eleven additional homes are currently under construction (Homes 08, 18, 27, 37, 39, 55, 60, 69, 70, 77, and 82), and we are about to break ground on two more homes (Homes 35 and 01).

We are happy to announce that Tower 4 is complete, and we have reached the phase of deliveries for the building! Tower 5 is advancing well, reaching 83% completion. Construction teams are working on the exteriors of the building, including the roof, the exterior paint, and the preparations for the walkways and installations around and for the pool. They are also working on the final phases of interior projects, including the finishing carpentry.

Towers 6 and 7 are in earlier phases of their construction, with teams working on the leveling and measuring for the pool area for Tower 6, as well as the cistern, bricklaying and perimeter walls. At Tower 7, projects include the cistern and retaining walls.

The infrastructure projects for the community are at a level of about 94% completion, and the urbanization projects are about 74% complete.
