We’d like to congratulate the homeowners of House 50! Welcome to Copala!

We are also happy to announce that we are preparing to start construction on 6 new Copala homes in the next few months (04, 06, 46, 36, 03, 26). Currently, eleven homes are already in various stages of construction (01, 08, 18, 27, 37, 39, 60, 69, 70, 77, 82), and two of them are more than 85% complete.

The infrastructure and urbanization projects within the community are advancing, and the construction on Buildings 4, 5, 6 and 7 continues as scheduled:

-Building 5: Crews are working on the roof, exterior painting, carpentry in the last levels, and the interior finishing works. They are also working on the pool facilities and leveling the ground for pool walkways.

-Building 6: Masonry teams are working on the sixth level, as well as the construction of the perimeter walls, and the leveling and tracing for the pool, walls and cistern.

-Building 7: Workers are also tracing for the retention walls and cistern for Building 7. Construction is focused on levels 1 and 2.
