This season, we invite you—our Quivira residents and guests—to celebrate the holidays in style across the Pueblo Bonito resorts within the Quivira Los Cabos community. Pacifica Golf & Spa Resort, Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach Golf & Spa Resort, and Montecristo Estates Luxury Villas will each host a variety of festive culinary experiences enriched with live music, traditional flavors, and breathtaking ocean views. From Thanksgiving through Christmas and New Year’s, every celebration promises to be memorable, heartwarming, and filled with the magic of the season.
THANKSGIVING
Pueblo Bonito Pacifica
Pacifica welcomes guests to Siempre for an elegant Thanksgiving dinner featuring themed food stations and live music from 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm. This beachfront celebration brings together elevated cuisine and festive warmth in one of the resort’s most inviting settings.
Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach
Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach will offer a variety of festive dining experiences across its distinguished restaurants, each bringing its own unique flair to the holiday. At La Nao Restaurant, guests can enjoy a lavish traditional Thanksgiving buffet accompanied by live violin and DJ performances from 5:00 pm to 10:30 pm. The Bistro will provide a more intimate setting with a refined set menu complemented by elegant live piano music. Meanwhile, LaFrida—Sunset Beach’s AAA Four-Diamond restaurant—will present an exclusive five-course Thanksgiving tasting menu featuring live piano and violin. Curated by Anaisa Guevara, the resort’s rising-star executive chef celebrated for her contemporary interpretations of Mexican cuisine, this special menu promises to be one of the culinary highlights of the holiday.
Montecristo Estates Luxury Villas
Guests at Montecristo may celebrate Thanksgiving at Cíbola Restaurant, which will offer a pre-set menu and live music from 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm. For those who prefer a more private experience, a Thanksgiving Dinner in Your Villa is also available, bringing gourmet holiday dining directly to the comfort of your residence.

CHRISTMAS
Pueblo Bonito Pacifica
Pacifica’s Christmas celebrations offer a balance of tradition, flavor, and festive charm. At Siempre, guests can enjoy a Mexican-inspired Christmas Eve dinner on December 24th from 6:00 to 10:00 pm, followed by a Christmas Day buffet with live-action stations on December 25th during the same hours. Peninsula Restaurant offers a classic holiday dining experience on both Christmas Eve and Christmas Day with a traditional menu served from 6:00 to 10:00 pm. Families can also delight in the magic of the season at the “Welcome, Santa!” celebration at the main pool and beach area on December 25th from 2:00 to 4:00 pm—complete with Santa’s grand entrance, a parade, and a picturesque step-and-repeat photo zone. No reservation is required for the Santa event.
Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach
Sunset Beach will host a trio of festive culinary experiences. LaFrida presents an elegant five-course Christmas tasting menu with live piano music on December 24th and 25th from 5:30 to 10:30 pm. The Bistro will offer a warm and welcoming four-course dinner from 6:00 to 10:30 pm, while La Nao will feature a traditional Christmas buffet with live violin music and included drinks on both evenings from 5:00 to 10:30 pm. The celebrations continue Christmas morning with a cheerful Christmas Brunch at La Nao from 7:00 am to 1:00 pm. No reservation is required for the La Nao buffet or brunch.
Montecristo Estates Luxury Villas
Montecristo guests can enjoy multiple festive offerings. Cíbola Restaurant will serve a Mexican Christmas dinner with live music on December 24th from 5:30 to 10:00 pm and December 25th from 3:30 to 10:00 pm. A Private Christmas Dinner may also be delivered directly to your villa on December 25th for a personalized holiday feast at home. Christmas morning begins with a joyful Brunch at Cíbola featuring live stations, à la carte options, live music, and a mimosas station from 7:00 am to 1:00 pm—no reservation required. Families can also join the “Welcome, Santa!” event at the Montecristo pool area on December 25th from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm. No reservation is required.

NEW YEAR’S
Pueblo Bonito Pacifica
Pacifica closes out the year with an array of sophisticated and lively celebrations. Peninsula Restaurant will serve a festive New Year’s Eve set menu with a glass of Champagne from 6:00 to 10:00 pm, while Siempre will also offer a holiday set menu during the same hours. For a truly elevated experience, the Towers VIP Lounge will host an exclusive New Year’s Eve dinner from 5:30 to 9:00 pm, featuring a gourmet set menu, wine pairing, bottle of Champagne, live guitarist, and VIP access to the resort’s beachfront celebration. Beginning at 9:00 pm, Pacifica’s New Year’s Eve Beach Party at Beach Section B brings the holiday to life with a private bar, snacks, live duet, DJ, fireworks, a beachside bonfire, and optional private cabanas for an additional charge. Reservations are required for all Pacifica New Year’s Eve events. The celebrations continue into 2026 with a festive New Year’s Brunch on January 1st from 7:30 am to 2:00 pm—no reservation required.
Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach
Sunset Beach will ring in the New Year with elegance and energy. LaFrida will host a luxurious five-course tasting menu with live piano music from 6:00 pm to midnight. The spectacular Silver & Black New Year’s Eve Event, held at the Pool Area of Villa 17 from 7:00 pm to 1:00 am, will offer an international buffet with lobster, live DJ, fireworks, and a celebratory atmosphere. Couples seeking an enhanced experience may choose the VIP dinner option, which includes a premium dinner for two, a bottle of Moët & Chandon or Veuve Clicquot, and open bar access. Reservations are required for all Sunset Beach New Year’s Eve events. On January 1st, the year begins with a comforting New Year’s Brunch at La Nao from 7:00 am to 1:00 pm—no reservation required.
Montecristo Estates Luxury Villas
Montecristo Estates offers an intimate and festive New Year’s Eve celebration at Cíbola Restaurant, featuring a special set menu, live music, and a signature cocktail from 5:30 to 10:00 pm. Reservations are required.
