Sabor a Cabo Returns to Quivira Los Cabos

Sabor a Cabo Returns to Quivira Los Cabos

Sabor a Cabo, “The Taste of Cabo,” one of the largest and most prestigious international food and wine festivals in Mexico, will be staged on Saturday, December 1 at Quivira Golf Club.

Following the successful hosting of the event last year at Quivira Los Cabos, a world-class oceanfront residential resort community, the 13th edition of the culinary festival will be held from 5:00 to 10:00 p.m., with more than 60 participating restaurants committed. This year’s featured artist is Miguel Bose, a renowned Panamanian-born Spanish pop new wave musician.

With capacity for 2,500 people, Sabor a Cabo has evolved into a major gastronomic festival that attracts “foodies” from around the globe. There will be two food trucks, 22 wine houses representing the best Mexican wines, and four bars showcasing the finest tequila and mezcal.

Among the Los Cabos restaurants that will be preparing and serving their iconic cuisine at the festival are Quivira Steakhouse, LaFrida, Fellini’s, Manta, Pitahayas, Los Tres Gallos, Fat Tuna, Sunset Mona Lisa, Los Tamarindos, The Office, Edith's, and Jazamango, among many others.

Comprised of local restaurateurs and entrepreneurs, the destination’s restaurant chamber (CANIRAC delegation) created Sabor a Cabo to promote the culinary attributes of Los Cabos and support local charities. The participation of the restaurants is a direct reflection of their commitment to the destination.

From the beginning, the main goal of Sabor a Cabo has been philanthropic. This year, all festival proceeds will be donated to an array of charitable organizations to improve and benefit the Los Cabos community. To honor the sponsorship of Pueblo Bonito Golf & Spa Resorts and Quivira Los Cabos, the Letty Coppel Foundation will also be a beneficiary.

Tickets are available at Quivira Golf Club, La Pintada, Koral Concierge, or online. General and Premium tickets are already sold out. Regular ($5,400 MXN) and VIP Table ($6,750 MXN) tickets are still available. http://saboracabo.com/en/
